Thomas Usinger

Thomas Dale Usinger of San Antonio, Texas passed away in his home on June 26, 2021. Thomas was born to Dorothy Ruth Ruetz and Robert Eugene Usinger on August 29, 1963 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Thomas is survived by his children, Thomas, Matthew, Nathan, Paul, and Salena; his siblings, Mike, Gary, Alan, Jim, Bob, Karen, and the twins - John and Julie. He is also blessed by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

Thomas is preceded in death by both of his parents, Robert and Dorothy.

As a child, he was very outgoing. He was never afraid to try something new. Thomas got along with everyone. He made many friends who he grew to play football and softball with. Thomas Usinger graduated from Walter Ruther Highschool in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 1981. Shortly after, he met the mother of his 5 wonderful children, Lucia Cruz who he married in San Antonio, TX in 1992. The look in their eyes and the smiles on their faces on their wedding day was of pure love and happiness. Though Thomas worked many jobs such as: cabinet maker, cook, door to door sales man, Thomas was the proud owner of Texas Pressure Washing from 1990-1995. He was a very friendly and well mannered person. His time away from work was spent watching a good movie, watching football, writing, cooking, or spending time with his family. Thomas was a great parent who always wanted what was best for his children. He was an amazing father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He lived his life the way he wanted and was happy in the end.
