Simona Hernandez, 73, a beloved figure of San Antonio, passed away on August 3, 2024, after a life filled with service and kindness. Known for her unwavering friendship and gentle spirit, Simona was a beacon of light and hope in the lives of many. She provided spiritual guidance and advice, touching everyone she encountered with unforgettable grace. Simona had a passion for finding jewelry that connected people to memories of their loved ones. This unique hobby allowed her to create meaningful connections and preserve cherished memories. To those who knew her, she was affectionately called "Ama," "Mona," or "Mom," and her presence had the power to soothe and comfort. Simona's gentle strength and her ability to make worries disappear will be missed, but her legacy of love, support, and kindness will forever be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

 Last respects may be paid on Thursday, August 15 beginning at 6:00pm-8:00pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory (7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd, San Antonio Texas. 

Interment Services will follow on August 16, 2024 at 11:00 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Memorial Park & Crematory where we will bid her a peaceful farewell.
