It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Daub, late Friday evening, August 12, 2022 at the age of 72. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and formerly of Franklin Square, New York, Richie held a Masters' degree from Hofstra University. He served in the United States Army for 2 years, before becoming honorably discharged. Richie then worked for the Veterans Administration for 10 years, before joining United States Customs and Border Protection, where he was well respected for his diligent work ethic. Richie worked at US Customs for 20 years, after retiring, Richie joined his wife, Ruthie of 31 years, in San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of Cibolo Valley Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Herbert & Ruth Daub. Richie is survived by his loving wife; Ruth N Daub, his daughter; Michelle Pena, son-in-law; Augustine Pena; his son; William L Graf, daughter-in-law; Tasha Graf, daughter; Jenny P Calderon, sister; Margit Baker, twin brother; Herbert Daub, sister-in-law; Trudy Daub and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.
