Raul Gonzales

Raul Jose Gonzales, of San Antonio, entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the age of 66. He was born on November 16, 1953, in Cibolo, Texas to Brijida (Rodriguez) and Manuel Gonzales.

He is preceded in death by his daughters, Sylania and Sarina; parents and 3 sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jennifer Gonzales; children, Jacob (Bleue), Eric (Candice), Raul Jr., Gabriel (Allyson), Jeremy, and Madelyn; grandchildren, Christian, Mason, Cheyenne and Raul Santiago; brothers and sisters; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Raul will be remembered as a proud Air Force veteran, the life of the party, and a hardworking man. His family will always cherish that he was a loving and caring, husband, father and grandfather.

The Visitation will be held at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Thursday, August 6, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. and will conclude at 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (2829 Ackerman Rd, Kirby, TX 78219) on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The Rites of a Christian Burial will be held following the Mass at the Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
