Ramiro ‘Ditto’ Zoltan Ramirez, of Live Oak, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the age of 53. He was born in Seguin, Texas on September 19, 1967 to Beatrice Q. Ramirez and Jesse H. Ramirez.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Otila and Francisco Quesada, and his paternal grandparents Maria Concepcion and Concepcion Jose Ramirez.
Survivors include his parents, siblings, Carolyn Ramirez and Rueben Ramirez, and children, AJ Ramirez, Richard Ramirez, Olivia Ramirez, stepson Alejandro Ramos, and grandchildren, Zeke, Hazel and Viviana; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews, extended family and close friends.
He graduated from Judson High School Class of 1987 and was on the football and track teams. He joined the US Marine Corps to travel and continue his education. He loved outdoor activities including fishing, barbecuing and especially cycling in which he competed successfully in several local triathlons. He was known for being extremely kind-hearted and was quick to lend a hand to family, friends and neighbors. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Memorial Service for Ramiro will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Saturday, December 05, 2020 from 5:00P.M. – 8:00P.M.
