Mike Gomez was called home on Friday, December 15, 2017. He was born September 12, 1957 to Manuel and Lucy Gomez of Converse, Texas. Mike was a beloved husband, father; grandfather; brother; nephew and uncle. He is survived by his wife Mary Elizabeth Quintana of 17 years. His stepdaughters Jennifer and Charles Hall (Charles II and Alex), Teresa and Manuel Perusquia (Manuel IV and Marisa), and Melissa and Ivy Luna (Emma). His aunts Patricia Semersky and Maggue and Pete Garza and numerous cousins. His brothers and sisters Bennie Rangle, Natalia and Sirilo Hernandez, Jan and Larry Edge, Magdalena Gomez, and Jimmy Gomez. Numerous nephews and nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 16075 N. Evans Rd., Selma, TX 78154 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow there at OLPH Cemetery
