Lola Wesch

September 17, 1941 — April 13, 2021

Lola Mae Wesch, age 79, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family in Converse, Texas on April 13, 2021. She was born on September 17, 1941 in San Antonio, Texas where she was a life-long resident.

Lola attended St. Gerard's Catholic school and later transferred to Highlands High School in San Antonio's Highland Hills southside neighborhood. Lola met and married the love of her life, Frank Wesch in 1959, launching 62 years of marriage adventures. She and her husband, Frank ventured into the business world opening several successful corrugated box businesses over the years, owning and operating Wesch Industries.

Everyone who knew Lola knew her as a kind, generous, and compassionate person who continuously displayed a true heart of empathy and unconditional love. She was always there to help those in need, openly displaying her Christian beliefs through her actions. She loved traveling with Frank as they gathered and shared memories together, creating new ones throughout the years. Always in fashion, always conscious of her appearance, Lola was a woman of grace and beauty admired by all. Lola will be deeply missed by her family and a host of friends and business associates as the sun has now grown dimmer by her passing.

Lola was preceded in death by her mother and father, Floy and Charles Price; her sister Sylvia Bohannon, and two brothers, Loy and Rocky Price.

She is survived by her loving and adoring husband, Frank; her daughters, Julie Valdes, Susan Wesch and husband, Edgar Anglin; her son, Frank Wesch Jr. and wife, Fernanda; her grandkids, Nicholas, Garrett, Charles, Taylor, Samantha, Blayke, Dinah, and Paige; her great grandkids, Troy, Aubry, Silias, Landon, Violet, Oliver, Greyson, and Easton; her brothers, Robert Allen Price and wife Kelly and Brian Duane Price and wife, Nita.
