Leisa Sutton

Leisa Sutton passed away peacefully, at home, with her family by her side on Saturday October 30, 2021. Leisa was born in Kansas and relocated to San Antonio, Texas at a young age. She worked as a clerk at the County Courthouse.

Leisa was a happy person and she loved to help others. She became a Foster Parent and cared for 17 Foster children, as well as homeless and unwed mothers until they could get on their feet.

She met her husband, James H. Sutton, Jr. late in life, they fell in love and married.

Leisa is survived by her husband of 18 years, James H. Sutton, Jr., Foster daughter of 50 years Mary Keene and her husband John.
