It is with shattered hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth John Mc Kenzie fondly known as KJ on November 28,2024 at the age of 59 from sudden cardiac arrest in Northeast Methodist Hospital Live Oak, Texas. Kenneth was an inquisitive, intelligent, unique individual with a heart of gold.He was a wonderful Son,Brother, Uncle,Nephew and Friend. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. 

Kenneth was born the 24th of July 1965 at Malcolm Grow Hospital Andrews AFB, Maryland to James and Agnes McKenzie. He graduated from Judson High School Converse, Texas. Acquired an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science. Served in the Air National Guard from 1986 to 1989. On the 5th of May 1989 he went Active Duty in the Air Force. He was a Radar Avionics Technician. He ended his enlistment in the U.S.Air Force on the 20 th of July 1994. Last Duty Station was with the 16 ACS( AFSOC) at Hurlbert FLD, Fl. He then was a Security Officer, his last Position was with Allied Universal Security Services.

 Kenneth was a published Poet and avid gamer.

 He was proceeded in death by his father James A. McKenzie and brother-in-law Doug Burrows.

 Kenneth is survived by his Mother Agnes McKenzie, sister Emily Burrows,brothers Michael(Diana), Patrick(Donna) McKenzie and a large extended family.
