JULIA ESCOBAR URIBE

June 2,1951 - July 2, 2024

On July 2, 2024 our Heavenly Father called his daughter Julia Escobar Uribe home. Julia was born on June 2, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. She was greeted and reunited at the pearly gates of Heaven by her parents Salome and Fidencia, her brother's baby Leonardo and Jesse, her sister Alejandra and her sister-in-law Maria.

Julia is survived by her sisters: Anita, Christina, Celia, Ana, Paula, Monica, Lulu and her brothers: Salome, Leonard, Robert and Paul.She had 4 brother-in-laws: Joe, Ruben, Ron and Fernando and 2 sister-in-laws: Maria and Patricia, along with numerous nieces and nephews.She loved them all and they each held a special place in her heart.

Julia enjoyed watching her favorite television shows, doing crossword puzzles and talking to everyone. Julia who was known as "Pia" to some but to many she was just "grandma". She was a great daughter, a wonderful sister, a good friend and a loving Godmother. She will best be remembered as grandma to Jacob and Juliana and great-grandma to Jacob Aries. She was seen by many as a very loving and caring person. Pia will dearly be missed by all but will never be forgotten.
