Wings by Johanna Womack

Such beauties are they,
Things of flight and fancy
In all displays.
Unfolded above me
In swoop and glide
Opened to protect so wide
As the angels do
With open arms.
Wings of eagles,
Wings of planes,
Feathered of fresh
With silver paints.
