Glenn Ireland, Sr.

Glenn Roy Ireland, Sr., age 71, of San Antonio, passed away in the late evening hours of Sunday, May 31, 2020, at his home.

Born on October 28, 1948 in Lahore Pakistan. Preceded in death by  his father, Thomas A. Ireland and mother, Olive I. Bowden. He was also preceded by his only son, Glenn Ireland, Jr. Glenn is survived by his wife, Rosalinda C. Ireland. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN) from, U.T. Health Science Center and his Master in Arts Business Administration and Health Services Management. He earned his U.S. citizenship on June 19, 1980 and proudly served his country in both the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant and the U.S. Air Force as a Captain. He left military with an honorable discharge after 16 years on active duty. He later earned a retirement form the San Antonio State Hospital in 2011.
