Elida Flores

Elida C. Flores was born on February 7,1937 in Beeville, Texas to the late Geronimo (Jerry) and Estella Perez Chapa. On March 16, 1953 Elida married Louis Ray Flores Sr. In Berclair, Texas. They had 5 children Rosemary, Louis Ray Jr., Bea, Steven, and Rachel.

Elida was an amazing and loving Mother, Wife, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother better known as Big Grandma.

Elida loved her family very much she always made sure everyone that came to her house was will fed. She loved to cook, everyone’s favorite dish. Her homemade salsa was one of the best.

Her secret ingredient was most definitely just the love she put into it.

Elida was always available for her grandchildren and her great- grandchildren. She taught us life lessons we will never forget.

Elida is survived by her 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

We will always cherish the beautiful memories she made with each one of us. She will be greatly missed.
