Concepcion Rosas went into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior on September 11, 2017 at the age of 86. She was born on August 23, 1931 to Mr. Emilio Lopez and Mrs Maria Patricia Ledesma Lopez. She is remembered with love by her children Ramon Rosas, Carlos Rosas, Maria Garcia, Francisco Rosas Sr., Jesus Rosas Jr., Juan Rosas, Concepcion Caban, Jose Rosas, Yolanda Valle, and Alice McIntyre, her brothers Miguel Lopez, Juan Lopez, Pedro Lopez, Jose Luis Lopez, Hector Lopez, and her sister Josefina Dow. She had 47 grandchildren, 97 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Jesus Rosas Sr., her sons Cruz Rosas, Armando Rosas, her daughter Susan Reina, her brothers Ramon Lopez, Emiliano Lopez, Severeano Lopez and her sisters Francisca Rivera, and Angelita Charles. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed by knowing her. It was said that she left a little bit of God in everyone of her family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 5pm until 8pm at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd. San Antonio, TX 78239. Services will be on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 1pm, Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Interment to follow at 2pm, Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
