Charlotte Frazier

July 20, 1956 — January 3, 2022

Charlotte Frazier, 65-years-old, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 with her family by her side. After her valiant fight with COVID and Pneumonia. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, and the love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters carried her through several of weeks fighting.

She was born to Charlotte and Charles Frazier along with her twin sister, Holly Watkins, on July 20, 1956 in Manhattan NY.

Charlotte was known for her ease in conversation with complete strangers, however, some may be surprised to know how shy she was in her youth. Yet even as a child, she possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor. Throughout her life she maintained a sweet and inviting demeanor that won the trust and hearts of many, who even now are being changed by her witness of constant nurturing love and faith. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling, laughter, and joking around, will never be forgotten. Her passion was her testimony, she was always ready to share her story of how she became a Christian. She was also passionate about ministering to the youth in a way that was heartfelt and genuine.

As a woman of faith and the heart of her family, Charlotte shaped their spirituality by her tireless Christian example. With a real zest for life, Charlotte loved reading the bible, she loved to attend church, and she loved her church family with passion. She often repeated the quote, “We have to trust God no matter what”. Charlotte was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Her first grandson, Michael, was the apple of her eye.

Her surviving family members are numerous, but mainly include: Mother of 2 Children and Spouses: Adoria and Chris Braverman, Scott “Buster” and Orietta Parker. Grandmother to 3: Michael Scott Vermilyea, Oscar and JD Reyes. Siblings and Spouses: Holly and Robert “Mickey” Watkins, John and Judy Frazier, Donna and Roland Ebarb, Andrew and Kaye Santos. Nieces and Nephews: Lilly, Katherine and Woo, Jonelle, Ashley, Teceira, Holly and Jovial, Kyle, Andre and Miguel.

Other family members: Unfortunately, too many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, to list or even count.

A memorial service is scheduled for 3 pm on January 9, 2022 at Victory Assembly of God, 1017 W Byrd Blvd, Universal City, TX 78148.
