Charles White Bevien

Charles White Bevien, age 88, passed away on June 13, 2024. He was born in the Philippines on September 7, 1935 as the eldest out of seven children born to the late Julian and Andrea. After surviving WW2, the family immigrated to San Francisco, California in 1951 where he joined the Air Force and served for twenty years (1954-1974) before retiring. Charles married the late Aura Iris in 1958 and eventually settled down in Converse,Texas to raise three boys under a Christian household. Always striving to better himself for his family, he studied hard to achieve his Masters degree. He never failed to provide for his family and his utter devotion to make his wife and sons’ lives comfortable would often lead him to ride cross country on his motorcycle for work. 

Despite the constant traveling, he always maintained a strong, loving paternal presence in his sons’ childhood. In his spare time, he loved to drive his motorcycle and create beautiful artwork.

Charles leaves to cherish his loving memory his children, Charles, David, Gabriel; six grandchildren, Cecilia, Christina, Raquel, Rosemary, Victoria and Julian; one great grand daughter, Andrea; two siblings, Jess and Glory; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
