Cecilia Mendoza

Cecilia C. Mendoza passed away in her home, surrounded by her family, on October 26, 2018. She was born in El Paso, Texas to Abel and Avelina Rodriguez on July 12, 1951. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers George Rodriguez and Roberto Rodriguez, and her sister Guadalupe Goins. She leaves behind her daughter Sheila Weidner and son Antonio B. Mendoza III, along with her brothers Jose Luis Rodriguez, Abel Rodriguez Sr, Danny Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, and Santiago Rodriguez; her sisters Susie Rodriguez and Isela Rodriguez. She will be dearly missed by all her family, but they will always carry her love in their hearts.
