Augustine Davis
August 8, 1917 — March 5, 2018
Augustine B. Davis went to be with the Lord on March 5, 2018 at the age of 100. Augustine was born on August 8, 1917 in Amite, Louisiana to Nancy and Thomas Butler.
Augustine is preceded in death by her loving husband Curly Davis and her son Edward Hall.
Augustine is survived by son Albert Sims Jr. (Marta), daughter-in-law Althea Hall, 7grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of First Free Mission Baptist Church, in New Orleans, Louisiana, as part of their choir.
Augustine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grand and great-great grandmother and will be dearly missed as we celebrate her life and can't wait to see her again.
