Anna Mae Thames

Anna Mae Thames, of Windcrest, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 from Parkinson’s at age 96. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Annabell (Bailey) and Harley Campbell.

Momma is at peace now and reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Robert, as well as her parents and two siblings.

Survived by her son, Robert Thames and wife, Carol of Milner, Tennessee; daughter LuAnn Thames Parker and husband David of Windcrest, Texas;

sister Jean Lery of Cincinnati, Ohio; 2 grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Anna Mae was a beloved wife and mother who was a devoted homemaker to her children and husband. She loved to cook and was always clipping recipes out of the newspaper. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Her Visitation Service will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 beginning at 10:00 A.M. with a Graveside Service to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park beginning at 10:30 A.M.
